We deliver in-house seminars on fleet safety to your employee-drivers.  This includes discussion of the “Smith System” practices of defensive driving, forces on a vehicle, a driving strategy of keeping the vehicle within a force window, keeping the vehicle within a time window, and scanning for and responding to threats.

Stop and Go performs individual driver diagnostic evaluations, resulting in a thorough analysis of a driver’s behind the wheel skill level and the development of a report showing which skills are good and those skills requiring improvement.  We also prepare a detailed plan for bringing all drivers up to an acceptable level of performance.
